II. Regulations ¡V General
| -Silence should be strictly observed
in the library to maintain a quiet study atmosphere |
| -No food or drink is allowed in the
library |
| -Students must leave their bags in the
cupboard inside the library before entering |
| -The library is not responsible for
the safe keeping of any belongs left in the library |
| -Games of any forms are not allowed
in the library |
| -Mutilation and theft of library materials
are serious offences. Offenders will be penalized and payment
must be made to cover all damages |
| -Copyright law should be strictly observed by all library users
when making copies of library materials. Notices are posted in the
library to warn users that they will be held fully responsible for
any copyright infringement |
| -No computer games are
allowed in the library, including but not limited to MSN, online
and web-based game |
| -Booking or registration
should be made at the counter before using the computers |
| -No more than two students
are allowed to share one computer |
| -Each student can only
book a computer once a week |
| -Under no circumstances
should any programs be downloaded |
| -Students who accidentally
enter inappropriate sites (e.g. sex, hate) must immediately
exit that site |
| -Students who intentionally
enter inappropriate sites will lose their internet privileges

| -Material copied from
the internet must be given appropriate recognition (no plagiarism) |
