2009-2010年度 中一新生入學註冊 - 家長須知

家長必須帶備下列文件，前往本校辦理入學註冊：

  1. 入學註冊證
  2. 香港出生證明書、香港身份證或載有本港永久居民身份和出生曰期的證明文件，以供核對 (如學生所持香港身份證上出生日期下有「C」字標記 (有條件限制居留 )，請同時帶備其他有效旅行證件 )
  3. 最近兩年的學校成績報告表 (如具備)
  4. 近照兩張 ( 約 5厘米 x 3.5厘米 )
  5. 英文住址

請於7月9日 或 7月10日 (上午9時至中午12時30分 或 下午2時至4時) 到本校註冊。如需另作安排，必須事先與本校馬美寶老師聯絡 (電話 : 24591166)，否別會被視為放棄所獲派的學位。

 

2009-2010 Form One Student Registration – Notes for Parents

Please bring along the following documents to our school for registration :

  1. Admission Slip
  2. Hong Kong Birth Certificate. Hong Kong Identity Card or other Documentary evidence showing the permanent resident status in Hong Kong and date of birth for verification ( If the student’s Hong Kong Identity Card bears the symbol “C” (for conditional stay ) at the line below the date of birth, please also bring along other valid travel documents )
  3. the school reports in the past two years, if any
  4. two recent photographs ( approx. 5 cm x 3.5 cm )
  5. address

Please register on 9th July or 10th July ( 9:00 – 12:30 or 2:00 – 4:00 ). If alternative arrangements are required, please notify Ms. Ma Mei Po ( Tel. No. : 24591166 ) in advance. Otherwise, the student would be deemed to have given up the school place allocated.
